I Participated in a event Called “Men who cook” in Brooklyn NY. I decided to get all of my ingredints from a 20 miles of my house. Went and purchased Heirloom tomatoes from the farmers market. Made Lime avoacdo Puree. Finshed the Dish with a basil oil and local grown pea shoots picked saturday morning.
So this is the dish I created gluten, dairy free, strict vegan and wonderful flavor dish.
