I have recently come to the realization that I have an intellectual allergy to corn. Corn is the root of all evil and is effecting our country tremendously. The over consumption/production of corn not only leads to obesity and other health problems, it also can be linked to heart disease which is leading cause of death in the USA.

Here are some simple dishes that are all corn free:

I Participated in a event Called “Men who cook” in Brooklyn NY.  I decided to get all of my ingredints from a 20 miles of my house.  Went and purchased Heirloom tomatoes from the farmers market.  Made Lime avoacdo Puree. Finshed the Dish with a basil oil and local grown pea shoots picked saturday morning.

So this is the dish I created gluten, dairy free, strict vegan and wonderful flavor dish.

Neptunes on Salem Street, the locals love it. After the 45 min wait it was not all it was hyped up to be. The price for the lobster roll was 10 dollars over priced and the meat could have had more flavor, the butter roll was the best part about the sandwich.  The fried clams where tender and had a great crust.  The bar tender was very nice. Would go back and try diffrent dishes.
